Kitchen Confidential

Kitchen Confidential is a chef-driven sandwich shop inspired by the food chefs cook for themselves behind the scenes.

Created by chef Fikret Demirag, whose work has been recognised multiple times by the Michelin Guide and Gault & Millau, the menu is intentionally small: the Patty Melt, the Sticky Chicken Sando and The Chicken Confidential.

Nothing stays on the menu unless it earns its place. Every ingredient has a reason to be there.
