Deliciously forward and fruity dry white wine made from the indigenous Macabeo grape. Bright pale yellow in colour. Aromas of peach with hints of honey. Citrussy and bright on the palate, with pineapple and tropical fruit flavours. Unoaked, with a long, juicy finish.

La Lisse Soie d'Ivoire translates as soft ivory silk which invokes the attractive texture of this sensual Chenin Blanc.

Cave de l'Ormarine is an award winning Cave producing wines from the tiny Pinet appellation, in the Hérault. Set up in 1992, but with a history dating back to 1922 Cave de l'Ormarine has made significant investment in the winery, and prides itself on the high standard and traceability of its grapes. Cave de l'Ormarine's vineyards lie at approximately 40 metres above sea level on a chalky clay plateaux, rich in Cretaceous limestone and loaded with quartz gravel chippings. To the North, the vineyards are dominated by limestone hills that date from the Jurassic Period. The vineyards lie to the North of the Lac de Thau and slope towards it. Picked at optimum ripeness, balancing phenolics and acidity then cool vinified to enhance the fresh fruit flavours. No oak was used to keep this wine as pure and sensual as possible. From vines which grow near Southern France's Bassan de Thau, famed for the quailty of its oysters and mussels, the freshness of this wine is the perfect match for shellfish, seafood or grilled fish.

Nieto Malbec is a deep dense blockbuster from 40 year old vines. Newly under screwcap, our best selling Malbec is possibly even juicier, fresher and tastier than ever before. Full bodied with great concentration of vanilla, mocha, blackberries, sweet spices and clove, the palate is rich and warming with vanilla, more black fruit, plums and cherries, as well as leathery notes. The wine is vibrant and well structured, with powdery, fragrant tannins. A great wine with a fresh finish that is a treat with rich, red sauce based pasta dishes, game and matured cheeses.

From selected parcels of Glera grapes grown northeast of Treviso, Le Dolci Colline Prosecco Spumante Brut is a fresh and gently fruity fizz with citrus and green apple aromas. Delicate and lively on the palate with ripe, lightly grapey fruit, zesty acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. A great example of 'house' Prosecco - zesty and versatile.
